The hot summer months pose threats for people who do not have air conditioning (A/C) available in their home, especially those at highest risk of developing heat-related illness. When a heat wave hits our region, cities and towns may activate cooling centers for residents to access. 

413Cares has put together a webpage with a growing directory of cooling center locations across all four counties of Western MA. Use this page to search for a location near you. 413Cares will also be adding warming center locations in preparation for extreme cold in the winter months.
