The Food Bank of Western Massachusetts
The Food Bank of Western MA’s Food Assistance Navigation Program connects community members to needed food and other community services. It is using 413Cares.org to refer and track assistance to other services to provide wraparound support for people in need.
The program:
- Shares other food resources and programs in the area
- Connects you to other agencies that can provide help in your community
- Provides follow-up to ensure you receive the services you want and need
